Our Company, with its Head Office at Jeddah, is specialized in executing turnkey corporate offices projects. For one of our new Projects at King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC), almost 140 KM from Jeddah at Rabigh Road, we require the services of a Qualified & Experienced "Construction Manager".
Following are some of the pre-requisites.
- Minimum 20 Years experience of executing Medium Sized Projects of 10,000 sqm to 20,000 sqm.
- Extensive knowledge of Fit-Outs, Project Management, Project Planning and Cost.
- Experience of dealing with Multi Layered Management and Site Supervision including all Electro Mechanical disciplines.
- Flexible Working Hours
