Position reports into Channel and Operations Manager - Ice Cream
Main Purpose of the role
Responsible for all sales operations, tracking and
monitoring of KPI’s and assets, re-deployment of assets and to liaison
with the regional teams.
Main accountabilities
- Reporting:
- Daily Circulation of primary and secondary sales reports
- Circulation of concessionaire reward program on quarterly basis
- Monthly circulation of Pakistan sales data to Cluster
- Circulation of fuel invoicing used by field team on monthly basis
- Ad hoc reports on demand
- Operational Assistance:
- Resolve concessionaire payment issues
- Monitoring Call Center portal
- Liaison between all regional resources and stakeholder departments in head office
Core Skills Required
- Computer Skills (MS-Office, MS-Windows, SAP etc.)

- Should have strong bias for action.
- Good at accountability and responsibility.
- Adept at multitasking.
