Principal Functions (Major Areas of Responsibility)

• Coordinates reviews, inspect & controls work activities related to the Fit out to ensure the compliance with approved design, fit out manual and supporting policies, procedures & standards. Develop and issue reports and reviews on work progress, issues and concerns with superior and follows-up as required. Interfaces effectively with personnel from the contractor, tenant, client and UGL superiors in order to address issues related to fit out works within the scope.
• Provides technical and administrative support and coordination to the installation, testing and commissioning process.
• Strong knowledge in the fit out work standards such as municipality, civil defense etc.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Arabic
• Knowledge of quality standards like ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
• Assist other departments as and when required.
• Reporting to the UGL Services Project Director - HQBP
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Act as link between the tenant, fit out contractor, client and UGL team to make sure all the works are carried out as per the agreed scope and address to the management if there are any issues.
• Review of fit out O&M's, reporting on same and chasing down missing information as required
• Review of fit out as built, reporting on same and chasing down missing/clouded drawings, ensuring they have been signed off by consultants
• Management of snagging to services arising from fit out - inspection to make sure snagging list are full and complete and all items are finalized
• Collect all the final technical documents for the client record.
• Liaison with operational team prior to FM service delivery in the affected areas
• To deliver high quality, prompt and courteous Facilities Management services in support of customers’ business needs in a safe working environment
• To liaise with the Client’s representative/UGL Project Director regarding all matters outside of agreed delegated levels of authority
• Support the implementation of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) related activities and programs
• To maintain and ensure the building and infrastructures are comply to specification and standard
• To meet KPI requirements set by management from time to time.
• Expected to demonstrate a high level of commitment to providing a safe working environment for all staff in accordance with the company Health & Safety (H&S) procedures.
• Expected to ensure that all defined services are completed in accordance with the company quality procedures
